Thanks for taking the time to complete our survey! 📝 Based on your feedback, we’re excited to add a new Mat Pilates class with Jen—once a month on the 3rd Thursday, starting 7/17!

Jen will be leading Mat Pilates, a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength 💪, flexibility 🤸‍♀️, and alignment using just a mat—no equipment needed.

Jennifer is a certified yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, and movement specialist who believes in the power of mindful movement to create balance and well-being. Her classes help you release tension, increase energy, and cultivate a sense of calm. Join her weekly!
