Whitney Tirrell
Whitney began her fitness career in 2014 as a Sports Performance Coach and Personal Trainer at Landow Performance. She holds a B.S. in Adult Fitness & Exercise Science with a minor in Sport Psychology from Metropolitan State University in Denver and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Whitney is genuinely eager to help employees develop and achieve their personal goals while also encouraging them to gain a better understanding of their body’s abilities and strengths!
Ericka Holcomb
Ericka has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2015. She previously owned a gym in Denver and has since founded swEAT with E, where she helps individuals achieve their goals without sacrificing their lifestyles.
Ericka is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and holds additional certifications through Precision Nutrition: Level 1 Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, Pregnancy, and Postpartum Athleticism. In class with Ericka, you can expect to feel empowered and accomplished. Her passion for total-body well-being is palpable!
Dennis Mellon
Dennis is a Master Cycling Instructor known for leveraging the unique power functions of the Stages bike and cycling method to optimize workout results. Dennis has been teaching cycling since 1997 and is also certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
If you want to take your cycling training to the next level or simply seek a great workout, you’ll love Dennis’s class! All levels are welcome in the inclusive weekly sessions.
Jen Neapolitan
Jennifer is a certified yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, and movement specialist who believes in the power of mindful movement to create balance and well-being. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to help you release tension, increase energy, and cultivate a sense of calm.
In class with Jen, you can anticipate feeling welcomed, included, and holistically supported. Modifications are always offered and no prior workout experience is required to succeed!
